THE LIVING ROOM

In its renovation, the old stone walls of the house were left showing, which gives it a nice rustic air.  It has antique pieces of furniture, professionally restored by the owner, two sofas, TV, DVD and hi-fi.

Its windows offer magnificent views of the sea, the harbour and the mountains. It is a perfect place to spend a quiet evening chatting with friends and soaking in the seascape.

THE MAIN BEDROOM

It can sleep a couple with a baby (a foldable cot is available). The bed is 1.5m wide with latex mattress and pillows. With decorative details, antique furniture and sloping ceiling, this room commands the best views of the sea and the Sueve mountain range. In the summer, it is green in the slopes of the mountains contrasting with the turquois blue of the sea, while in winter, the snow-capped mountains over the sea make a spectacular sight.

The house has three floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen and dining room. On the first floor, the living room, the general bathroom and a single bedroom (the ’blue room’) with en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor is the main bedroom and the ‘small bedroom’.

The garden is located beside the house, across a narrow pathway.

THE SMALL ROOM

The dormer window on the sloping roof bathes the small room in light. It has a pull-out extra bed, so it can sleep two. It has a small closet, and views of the garden.

THE BATHROOMS

Apart from the en-suite in the blue room, the general bathroom is situated on the first floor, with a bath, hair-dryer, towels, etc.

THE KITCHEN

You enter the kitchen through the front door. This spacious room serves as a dining room with a table for 6 to 8 people. It has a fridge, washing machines, oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee machine, toaster, iron, cutlery and crockery.

THE STAIRSS

The iroko wood stairs is part of the decoration.

A window to the garden provides a gentle light.

THE GARDEN

A ten metre walk through a pathway along the side of the house takes you to the private garden. An old orchard, it is now a very pleasant space with its garden furniture, including a swinging sofa, barbecue, and indigenous vegetation. An ideal place to relax, read a book, have a family meal or just sunbathe. It has a partial view of the sea.
